Who we are

To complete before publishing: full registered company name, tax number and, if one has been appointed, the data protection officer’s contact. These are mandatory and only the company can supply them.
What this site collects
We have been deliberately restrained. The site is static, with no database and no customer area. Specifically:
When you simply browse, we collect no personal data. No tracking cookies run until you allow them. Your preferred language and your cookie choice are stored only in your own browser.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (if you give it), subject and message. We use them only to reply to you. The message is delivered by e-mail by the site’s own server, which sends it and keeps no copy.
When you call or message us on WhatsApp, your carrier’s and WhatsApp’s own terms apply. We keep only what we need to handle your enquiry.
If you allow statistics or marketing cookies, the providers listed in the cookie policy may collect usage data. None of that happens without your prior permission.

How long we keep it
Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange with you. Records with tax relevance: 10 years, as the law requires. Cookie consent: 6 months, after which we ask again.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
We use suppliers who process data on our behalf: the site’s hosting and, if you allow them, the statistics and advertising services listed in the cookie policy. Some may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Children
This site addresses parents and carers, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us at any time for:
- Access to the data we hold about you
- Correction of anything inaccurate
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of or objection to processing
- Portability of the data you gave us
- Withdrawal of consent, without affecting what was done beforehand

If you believe we have not handled the matter properly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We store no personal data on the site itself: there is no database, no login area and no form that saves submissions.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and, where the change affects your cookie choices, we ask for consent again.
